Small rooms, but not too bad for the price. The cleaning was OK, which was the only thing to mention as positive from this hotel. The reception staff were not helpful at all, very rude and their English was useless (the only good one was a woman who unfortunately was only one day waorking whilst we were there). The parking, which they outstand for being a free service, is the worst: there only fit 4 cars, but the funniest thing is that receptionist also park there if you go, and when you come back they say you lost your place because of that. Breakfast a bit too poor, although waitresses were very good.

Our room 31 was extremely spacious with a separate dressing room. Bathroom was superb with excellent lighting and small storage cupboards.Bedroom had three windows-very bright with lovely long blue curtains. Beds were very comfortable and chairs and desk were good. A very good hotel!!!

All the basic necessities but for the price you are better off in a hostel. In fact, the hostel we stayed at in Frankfurt was much nicer than this. I must admit the free breakfast was good, but not worth the room cost.

Stay Away The pictures do not represent the hotel at all. I booked a "twin bed" room believing that I would receive a room like described. When I arrived I was told my room was in the "back house". Turns out this is a separate building behind the main one. The moment I went into the room, I noticed something was missing. The toilet. This was unacceptable for me. I would have never booked the place if I new the bathroom was down the (very dark) hall. Oh, and the free wireless internet? Not in the "back house". Having online access is important to me, so the free wireless internet was a big draw. Too bad it didn’t exist. And one last thing - the back house is made of cinderblock, so forget about a cell phone signal inside the room. No dice. When you book a room, be sure to ask them if you’ll be in the "back house". If you are, cancel immediately.

I would definitely recommend this hotel being your stay both for leisure or for corporate purposes. Rooms were very confortable and clean, as well as facilities. Breakfast lounge was very intimate and nice; can't complain about breakfast either, since it was really abundant and of the highest standards. Ideal location, being the hotel absolutely close to the main station as well as to the city centre.
