Hotel is up to Novotel standards and the breakfast was excellent. Location is a nightmare, away from any decent public transport except for tram, hence consider using to/from mainly taxis.

Modern rooms and good breakfast. 10 minutes walk to the nearest quarter where some restaurants are.

Only the video films were in poor conditions and with lots of interuptions.

The staff is very friendly. Some rooms have a combined bath tub and shower which is unfit for showering purposes. The sports area is a tiny room with only 3 different machines. In addition, the shower area is not separated by gender.

The managing director takes feedback seriously. Parking is free of charge.

The staff is very friendly. In the late evening hours the reception is managed by a security staff member who can only provide basic services.

very friendly staff at reception No staircase from underground floor to ground floor, only reachable via elevator apparently. When big groups are using elevator from reception area to go to their rooms, people in basement have to wait a long time. Shower in room 103 was attached with tape to rod. Some mould forming in corner of bath.

Excellent hotel Very good hotel and perfect for the Messe. Good spacious rooms, well fitted, comfortable, well maintained and quiet. Excellent staff. In 25 years of doing exhibitions at the Messe, this is by far the best and most conveniently located hotel I have stayed in at this price.
