Comfort Hotel Frankfurt City Center

It could be stressed just how close to the main railway station the Comfort Hotel, superbly located close to the river and german market. Even the zoo was within walking distance, Will definitely be using the Hotel again on return visits

+ Central location - Elevator very slow!! Remote control of television broken. Rooms not very clean. Pillows too soft."Free internet" not always active

Hotel was very noisy through out the night. The noise source was from the street not the hotel. Internet service was slow and unreliable with multiple disconnections to the point of almost being useless. Location very convenient to main rail station but good restaurants are not found in the immediate area.. No park house in this case means not even temporary park space for drop offs or pickups . . . only double-parking on the street. The hotel’s greatest asset besides being so close to the rail station was the front desk personnel.

- The Breakfast selection was poor and the dining area was far too small.

Staff is very friendly!! Very functional, central, clean. Free internet downstairs. The lift was not functioning perfectly. There was no hot water for half a day but it was a temporary problem. Rooms are quite small, but I believe it applies to all hotels of this price level in this area.

+ The friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy of the reception staff were exceptional - One would have expected a lounge in a **** hotel

This hotel is in walking distance to the Bahnhof and U-Bahn. It is also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooms are small, but sufficient for sightseers who just need a place to relax and shower.

The location to the Frankfurt train station is the best asset of this hotel. The room was clean, and the front desk was helpful. When proximity to the train station is the primary requirement this hotel is acceptable for a one night stay. Do not stay here on a warm summer day - with no a/c and a main street below it will either be very loud or very hot. The bathroom was tiny (but clean) and the pillows were terrible.

+ Great location, good breakfast! - The free wireless Internet service - whilst indeed free - had very weak coverage in my room. Lets hope that this will be fixed soon.

+ The hotel stuff is very friedly, I was provided with a free upgrade to a double room which was very clean.
