If had more time, would have enjoyed staying longer at this hotel. Room was large and spacious. Location very close to shopping area, friendly staff, I would recommend.

+ Very good sized room; easy-going staff who were very helpful; very good breakfast - s a major building site outside the other side of the street.the noise in the morning was awful. there were too many guests to fit inside the small breakfast area.

i stayed in a single room and my parents in a double room.both rooms were spacious and very clean,add the usefull furniture and good heating system,it all made our stay very comfortable.the reception and cleaning stuff were all helpful and kind,and breakfast was rich,with variety of options.the hotel is maximum 5 minutes away from metro station Konstablerwache where also is Zeil,a pedestrian road,that can be described as shopping paradise.overall we were fully satisfied with our choice of this hotel,considering also the low prices.

No AC, only a small fan, extremely noisy from all kinds of traffic, bad neighborhood (adult strip joints), drunks wandering the street. Clean room and good breakfast. Very small private parking needed to pay extra.

Worst hotel ever! This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The receptionist told me that he didn’t find the reservation. That I must present a voucher from Expedia. I told him that Expedia doesn’t gives vouchers that all I had was my itinerary with the confirmation number. He accepted that but with the condition to keep it. I told him that I couldn’t do that because I had my confirmation numbers for my flights. Then he told me that he would need a copy instead. I was really mad at that point, it took me like 30 minutes to get my room!!! When he finally decide to gave me the key, I found my self with the second surprise. I booked for a triple room and he gave me a room with two single beds. I got down to the reception and he was busy with another guest and they were arguing for the same thing... he didn’t find the reservation! And it wasn’t Expedia the company that booked the room for that guest. When I finally talk to this guy he told me that he didn’t find the reservation and that was all that he can do. I was so mad that I turn my self and went to my room and leave him talking alone. The hotel is not in a nice zone. There was an adult shop across the street. The rooms are not clean. The towels seemed to be used and dirty. To EXPEDIA: Try to consider to remove this hotel from your list.
