Would go back We stayed at this hotel for one night before leaving the next morning for the airport. Our room was quite large and the view was fabulous. It was also nice to have a good number of English speaking tv channels. The free shuttle to the aiport was excellent and the driver was very helpful and friendly. The only complains are that the beds were not very comfy & breakfast costs extra.

Can’t beat for the money Hotel Isabella has very spacious rooms with 2 doubles or 2 queen beds which is unusual for European hotels. The restaurant on the 19th floor has good food and the view of Frankfurt is amazing. We have stayed there twice and found it very accommodating for our family of 6.

Isabella Comfort The hotel is in a nice area close to Frankfurt. The girls at the desk seemed unorganized and mildely rude. Parking was at a premium. A decent place to stay but I would probably check other options first.

Very nice place I needed a hotel close to the airport since I was waiting for my connecting flight to Boston. The hotel was very nice and reasonably priced. I had a very nice room on the top floor and was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Room was clean and very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t know that the airport shuttle must be reserved 24 hours in advance. Therefore I had to take a taxi to the hotel and pay 25 euros. Traveler's tip on dining The hotel restaurant has a very good food, unfortunately the service was extremely slow, but very nice though. I would still recommend to try this restaurant.

Average hotel The hotel is located in a nice area. There wasn't any parking for our car when we arrived, so we had to park in a residential street close by the hotel. The size of the room was large with two queen beds. The beds were not very comfortable and there was no air conditioning. The room had a nice balcony view. In the night we would leave the balcony doors open. Since we got a good rate for this hotel, I think overally its worth what we payed for !

I would stay there again I had a great room, very large, with dining table, and sofa. Great room to relax in.

Very nice place We only needed a room for one night because we had connecting flight the next day and we wanted something close to the airport. The hotel was very nice and reasonably priced. We waited for a half an hour for our order, the waitress was very nice though. I would still recommend to try this restaurant.

An Unpleasant Stay The hotel's water didn't work for a few hours when we stayed there. Even worse, the elevators didn't work for much of the stay, and we stayed on an upper floor. The room I had had no windows, only a balcony whose door I didn't want to leave open since I had small children. As a result the room was swelteringly hot. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience. The only good part was the very courteous and helpful hotel driver who picked us up and dropped us off at the Frankfurt airport.
