Admiral Hotel

My stay was excellent. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The location was wonderful, extremely close to the subway, and easy walking distance to interesting areas of town. The hotel was lacking in interesting character, but it was very clean and well woth the stay.

A nice hotel. Room was very bright and colorful which was great. Nice bed and bathroom. Little small with 2 big suitcases. Breakfast was really average, no white bread or toast at all and all drinks etc were left out and warm. free internet which was great. Overall was a nice stay.

Rooms seem newly refurbished. Rooms are small but pleasant and well equipped. Good value price relationship. Gentleman at reception was slow and forgetful.

A nice clean hotel with friendly staff in a great location. We stayed there on a Saturday night and found it to be very quiet. An ideal location, if you want to stay near the Zoo and still have a short drive to the Airport on the same day.

We had a really pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and spoke English so they helped us a lot that way. Very clean place. Very close to the center of town thanks to buses, tube,... A really good choice.

Everithing as expected. Wonderful time there. Would recommend in any case.

This is a really very nice hotel! Location 100% good, just 30sec walk to train or tram station. Really handy! Oh the breakfast was so nice and BIG! All of us love the German breakfast. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Everything was great expect the toilet is outside the room... but bathroom inside the room.

Ordentliches Hotel in City Nhe, superenger Parkhof, ansonsten katastrophale Parksituation

First off, this is not the Ritz, and it doesn't pretend to be the Ritz. It's a nice, slightly above average, hotel. It's just off the beaten path (just across the street from the Frankfurt Zoo). But with the wonderful German mass transit system, it's very easy to get to. The subway stop is less than a block from the airport; from there, it's an easy connection to another train to the airport. The rooms are small, but clean. The blankets are actually comforters...warm in the chilly German November evenings. The bathrooms are very small. It was hard to take a shower...but I managed. A free breakfast was included with the lodging...but it wasn't your typical contenental breakfast of just coffee and donuts. Not only was their an assortment of rolls, shortcakes, juices and coffee (I just remembered...no donuts), their also had several assortments of cold meats and cheeses as well as hard-boiled eggs. We did not leave the breakfast room hungry. For the cost (we spent about $75/night for our room), it was well worth it. Definately a pleasant experience, and if we're in Frankfurt again, we'd stay there again.
