We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is conveniently located and we didn't have any problems to arrive there once we found out the right underground line. Our room was large enough with a well equipped bathroom. The service is very good and everything in the hotel was very clean and looked new. The staff was very helpful and tried hard to understand out little English. We will stay there next time we go to Frankfurt.

Excellent location - staff extremely helpful - very clean - lots of hot water and deep bath though Australians may miss the standard shower as an attachment to the taps was the shower - this did not prove a problem though. Rooms not big however adequate

A nice clean hotel with friendly staff in a great location. We stayed there on a Saturday night and found it to be very quiet. An ideal location, if you want to stay near the Zoo and still have a short drive to the Airport on the same day.

My stay was excellent. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The location was wonderful, extremely close to the subway, and easy walking distance to interesting areas of town. The hotel was lacking in interesting character, but it was very clean and well woth the stay.

We had a really pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and spoke English so they helped us a lot that way. Very clean place. Very close to the center of town thanks to buses, tube,... A really good choice.

Situated right off the Zoo U-Bahn stop, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Very nice cold breakfast and the rooms are cozy and clean. The front desk were very helpful and spoke English. I would definitely stay here again.
