+price, close to center and train station -suprisingly arrogant stuff, poor english-speaking

+The proximity to the centre of Cologne -Definetly the lack of parking facilities, which tainted our holiday because of the lenght of time lost to find parking, when just in front of the hotel there are three parking spaces which are empty most of the time!

-The credit card machine wasn't working and they insisted on cash rather than manually billing the card, which forced me to go down to the ATM at the train station to get cash.

+good breakfast -too noisy - not enough dampen rooms, hygienic handkerchifs deficient, radiator was always screw down in spite of I turned them on

+short walk from Bahnhof

+parkeren direct voor de deur, snelle incheck, veel value for money -badkamer was erg minimaal in oppervlak en staat van onderhoud. Gehorig, zowel geluid vanb de straat als van de gang/belendende badkamers

+It was close to the train station and the breakfast was excellent.

+convenient. relatively inexpensive. Reasonable accommodations for the money. -Security seemed a little lax. When I returned late in the evening no one was watching front desk and doors were open through lobby and stairs to my room.

+Located very close to the centre, easy walk of the station, cathedral and the old quarter. -In a room without a fan (some of the rooms did have portable fans / a/c units) the road outside was very noisy during the night as had to keep the window open to stay cool

+The location was excellent. It was obvious that money had been spent to get the dining area/bar and the room bathrooms up to a high standard. The staff vere polite, efficient and happy to help with queries. -The room itself could probably do with some updating and the furniture layout could be improved. In the room I used the workdesk was not really useable as it was squeezed into a corner and blocked by other furniture.
