The staff was extremely helpful and very courteous. The rooms were a little smaller than expected, but very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The price was good for what we got.

It's a bit misleading the lower rate is for 8-bed dormtory. I was not expecting such a combination of hotel and hostel so I was really surprised in the front desk when they informed me I booked 8-bed dorm. Fortunately they still have vacancy for private room where you have two beds plus two more backup retractable bed. Room is simple but clean.

Hotel quite spartan but really clean. Quiet during the night, noisy in the morning. During breakfast we were surrounded by people from everywhere and that was nice.

It was better than expected for a Hostel, The front desk people were very nice and helpful. They also spoke english very well. The hotel is about a mile from the cathederal and river. There are many banks and places to eat also near by.

Overall it is a decent place to stay on a budget. but the beds are uncomfortable since it is not a "real" mattress. Also, the walls are not soundproofed and you can hear people in the halls and next door.

the staffs were quite efficent and friendly. Room was small but expected. pretty good showers in the bathroom. kinda noisy at night (lift / stairs noise carrys), close to town though (15mins walk to the Alt Markt). Pretty decent place for the price.

The best price for a location near the City Centre, friendly people, clean. Restaurant and pubs nearby.

I guess you get what you pay for I'd say this place is more a hostel than a hotel, but I did have my own room with an electronic key card and my own bathroom. The location is nice, being near a large square with several bars and restaurants, and it was a short walk to the city center and cathedral. To be perfectly honest, my review of the place would have been higher if I would not have literally seen a bug crawl across the floor within being in my room for about 30 seconds. It was the only one I saw, and the rest of the room was sparse but clean. The bathroom smelled a bit like mold, so I waited until my next destination to take a shower. The lounge downstairs was pretty nice, and they gave me a ticket for a complimentary drink. Though I did see some older guests, I'd estimate that the majority of the people I saw were in their very early 20s. If I were traveling Europe like I did when I was that age, the place would have been perfectly adequate, but as a working adult, I should have paid a little more to have a proper hotel.

Don't stay here if you want a good nights sleep! I got the impression from the website that this was a budget hotel, however it is no more than a hostel. The room was adaquate, clean but small with 4 beds crammed in. The biggest downfall of this "hotel" is that it is rediculously noisy. Every sound echos through the whole building, doors squeak, and we, unfortunately, were there the same weekend as a large group of school children who were repeatedly woken up by their supervisors from 7am. The earplugs being sold at reception should have been a pretty good indication of the noise! On the positive, the location was great, within walking distance of the city centre and great bar area, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
