I was a bit disappointed with this hotel on this, my third visit. Although the room was quiet at night, there was a lot of noise from about 6am - partly because we were next to the lift but also because the cleaners started knocking on doors soon after. There were no "do not disturb" signs; these might have made things a bit quieter. Room also a bit grubby and stuff left by previous occupant in fridge didn't create a particularly good impression. Friendly staff though, and a good location. Breakfast not bad.

+very clean room with a modern bathroom also very clean. The staff were all very efficient especially the receptionist, who spoke excellent English. We ordered a taxi for the morning which arrived 5 minutes early driven by smart, friendly and polite driver. Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of food. -The walls in the bedroom needed wallpapering or painting as it was a bit shabby and dated.

The hotel room is clean, the breakfast is standard for the European, public transport is in walking distance about 5 mins and 15 mins walk to the Rhein river.
