Hotel-Restaurant Haus Godorf

The hotel was clean but the room facilities were very poor. The staff were friendly and helpful but let down by the quality of room fittings.

spacious room and a very nice and clean bathroom.incompetent but friendly staff. the mattress was absolutely unacceptable (very, very, very worn-out)

First when I arrived the hotel, they told me there was no room available (I arrived quite late, but I called them earlier and asked if its possible to come later. They said its ok.)After waiting for a while, I got a room. Someone had been smoking a lot there! But I was so tired, I opened the window and went to sleep. In the morning I went for a breakfast. I didnt see any staff. I found everything, but there was no juice anymore, and no one to ask for more. Later I was in my room, a man knocked the door. He asked me to pay now and to leave the key at the reception at 10 oclock. When I left, I left the key, but I didnt see anyone. (Actually I wanted to ask if theres an underground somewhere near, and in which direction I should go.)

Staff are very nice too far from Koln central station
