+Good location, nice hotel staff.

+price -WHen arrived it was not clear how to get the key, nobody was there and the information on the pritn out was not sufficient. Only because someone who did not work there help I was able to get the key

Location is very good for Messe. Breakfast very adequate and well presented. Staff very polite and helpful. The Hotel is very modest, even for the stars awarded. The decoration, furniture of rooms, breakfast area is very modest. Corridor and carpet on the staircase is not clean and very dark. The room, 34 is small. Mattress too soft and old.

Strange. We never met any staff, we had to call a phone number to get a key, which was taped to a mailbox. There was no breakfast. The hotel description did not state that there was not a regular front desk nor staff.

The hotel is very close to the Fair. The nearest public means of transportation is 2 klms away from the hotel.

convenient location for the Messe. Staff very helpful. reasonable price. public areas not clean. kitchenette made room look shabby.

Very friendly Manager 1 man show: from reception, catering, cleaning, etc are done by the Manager himself. Turn by a little bit messy. During the 2nd nite, they are no towels in the room.

The staff weas very helpful and friendly, we were given tips on where to go and the receptionist even found out the train times to go to Bonn. The Hotel itself was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. I was very impressed overall and can only recommend this hotel to anyone going to Cologne. Nothing

Byla jsem spokojen, nemm dné vtky. Urit se tu ubytuji i nkdy pt. I was satisfied, no complaints. I am going to stay here some next time, too.
