Hotel Löwenbräu

Hotel was very comfortable, very well positioned on the river and in/close to Aldstadt. The staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel was very good value for money, and we would use this hotel again, and use hotel.de for our booking.

+Beautiful view of the Rhine -Noisy at night (till about 1.30/2 am) at weekend

+Hotel is next to the river Rhine -lot of street noise from the bars below

+Very nice location! Friendily staff, in the middle of the old city. -No noise isolation and a terrace right beneath the window which was open untill 1 a.m.. Curtains were too thin to even keep light out of the room during the night. We had to use blanckets to darken the room.

+Exellent location, nice people, good breakfest! -Too much noise from outside and lack of airco, but then again it was exeptionally hot

+Absolutely nothing. This is an awful hotel which plays on its location. -No hot water for 1.5 days. Lack of heating. Small, cramped, uncomfortable beds. No lift and on 4th floor with steep stairs.

+Fantastic location in terms of excess to the hotel, closeness to big sites, and possibly the best view of the Rhein available. Excellent restaurant and bar. Several people seem to have commented on the noise level - in my opinion it is not excessive and it adds to the atmosphere.
