A perfect location for all the Christmas markets. The bar next door does good food at good prices and the staff are very friendly

We found all the staff to be very efficient and friendly, everything in the room was perfect and the inclusive breakfast was one of the best we have had in a continental Hotel. We found the Hotel to be very well placed for access to all forms of public transport, the town centre shopping and many places of interest. We are definately going to stop there again. We could find no fault with the Hotel

good location. Very convenient for all transportation :train , taxi, walking. Location in the middle of shopping street. Nice and helpful staffs.

Hotel has good position, room was OK, clean and enough space, bathroom same. I think 2,5 or 3 stars will be OK to that hotel. Good basic hotel. Price 300 was littlebit high, 220 - 250 will be OK.

Extremely handy for the main shopping areas. The staff were very helpful when I had checked out but wanted to keep my bag there during the day. Very easy to find (but then again I know Cologne quite well so would have found the hotel very easily anyway. No negative things to say about it at all.

Location, friendly staff

Very good value for money, clean and nice staff. Simple and old-fashioned furniture, bar is said too much but you can get a beer at the reception.
