Hotel Cristall

This hotel is a great place for those who are not well educated on travel. It is attempting to be a chic hotel and it is not much more then a motel 8. First off the staff did not clean our room which was small to say the least. Our bathroom drains did not work properly and AC did not work either. This place is in the heart of the ghetto, but it is within walking distance to the city square as advertised. Parking is for german patrons only, all others must pay extra per night to park in a garage about 4 blocks away. Be afarid, be very afraid, this place is a waste!

Very nice hotel The hotel is very well decorated and the rooms are large and comfortable, would definitely go back. Traveler's tip on nightlife The Ice Bar just down the road has an amazing staff and hundreds of drink options.

+Very friendly staff, great location is a quiet street near the center of the city. -Rooms are a bit small.

This place was nicley decorated and very clean. They offer cool bathroom goodies and a super comfortable bed. Staff was always friendly and accomodating, and the breakfast was excellent--the best hotel breakfast we had during our entire stay in Germany! This was the only hotel that I booked ahead of time and I was very satisfied with the experience. It is close to the train station and in a cute neighborhood, but a little bit of a jaunt to the old town. Also, we didn't have the best view from our room. That was OK since we didn't spend much time there and it was nice to walk around the immediate vicinity.I will stay here again.

Nice Hotel Do not expect Fancy hotel inside or outside.but very clean and comfortable.service very friendly.Breakfast is A+...300 mt from the train station. i recommend it...

dirty, bad maintenance room The surounding of the hotel is dirty. The receiption is not helpful seems they don’t want to answer over one word. The room is very noisy as it facing the street. The hotel itself is located surounding by street. I cannot sleep until 2:00am when not much car pass by. The air-con sounds very lound and not funtion. Come out with bad smell air. The room is small and the decoration in the room is terrible. Dust on table and the bed is not clean. The only thing fine is the buffet breakfast. I will not come back to this hotel again. Dont bring kids living in this hotel, the area is very dirty, in and out of the hotel are dirty.

Nice small hotel room This was a small but clean room with a nice bathroom and shower. It also had a TV and is close to (2 blocks) the central train station.

Excellent value - recommended Fantastic value - very clean, comfortable, nice-sized rooms, nice bathrooms, excellent breakfast, nice staff. Within 5-min. walking distance of train station. Only downside is it’s a little away from the attractions, but at this value who cares if you walk a few extra blocks. Also, this is not a place for you 4-5 star hotel types.
