There was no mention of the fact that the reception was housed in a different enterance. No lift, 4 flights of stairs with heavy luggage is impossible. Breakfast room in a celler and three doors down

Heating did not work (in winter!). Room definitely to small for two person.

Ideal location only 1 minute from the main shopping area of Cologne and 2 mins from the Cathedral on foot. Guests can be very noisy when coming back from a night on the town which echoes throughout the rooms in the Hotel

Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Free WiFi was nice. Location also good. Shower fixture broken; shower door broken (water spilled all over the floor). We had to ask for third pillow and third blanket for our triple. Kitchenette should have had glasses, silverware.

Excellant Hotel good value for money. will stay again

The room is very big with large bed, and confortable room space. Big TV. it's quite difficult to find this hotel, as it has a samll reception hall, and the room is in the back of the building, the reception hall don't connect with the rooms. It seems like a home hotel. And the heating system seems does not work.

central to Altstadt and within easy walking distance of Hbf, clean, but would not recommend except in an emergency rooms are in an annexe round the corner, maybe converted flats, very noisy as all rooms off central staircase. Rooms clean, but small and beds poor with patched linen. Much too expensive as only 10% less than Holiday Inn Express
