+close to centre and clean room

+staff -cramped room

+very convenient location -the room could definitely use redecoration

-The size of the single rooms was disappointing. The room was almost to small to call it a room.

Quiet central location Rooms are extremely small, no space for additional luggage or storage.

+position was ideal for tourist -only had net curtains and an office block immediately opposite had windows overlooking the room. The en suite was incredibly small, dont book in if you are a big person ! Extractor fan didnt work either. Overall though it was fine and "did the job"

+The location was wonderful, an easy walk from everything. Comfortable beds, friendly staff -My mom's room was on the front of the hotel and was very noisy, however ours was on the back & was extremely quiet. I would request a back side room if staying there again. Also, since they do not have 24hour reception, the hot water isn't on after 10pm or before 7am, which was a problem the day we checked out as our train left at 7am.

+Location is ideal, mere steps to all main central attractions. Staff is supportive and handled strange requests efficiently. -Nothing in particular, other than the room being very small and the carpets rather worn. Still, it was clean and the bed comfortable, but not the type of room you would hang out in for any length of time.

+We liked the breakfast, and the hotel staff were very friendly. -The room we stayed in was very loud,we didn't sleep well, because we could hear everything happening outside on the street, and anything out in the hallway. The room also was very run down, and needed to be fixed up. There were also no curtain, just netting, and there were office windows right across the street.

+The hotel was close to the train station and the Dome, so the positioning was good, the service was OK and the breakfast included in the price was nice, too. -the bathrooms don't have any ventilation and the rooms are quite small.
