The staff was very nice and courteous. The ladies that were at the front desk were extremely attractive and made us feel very welcome. There was no soap in the room when we arrived.

I think you can have a service taxi for the airport, your own company. You can include it in the price. It wont be a problem i think not only for me.

We would recommend this hotel to everybody, the staff were polite and very helpful. The price per night was quite expensive , and did not include breakfast, which was extra.

Staff were quite professional despite the exuberance of my group. It will be beneficial if there are facilities for making hot drinks in the rooms. Wireless internet connectivity should be made available.

Would have no qualms about stopping there again

I stayed at this hotel, the Airport Hotel by New Yorker (not the one in downtown Cologne) for one night for business. The room was around 65 GBP and did not include breakfast. Close to the airport but that's about all that was good about it. The room was clean but I had a few difficulties with the door and making the room secure. On arriving late, I wished to take a shower. No soap. Anywhere... I asked at reception (in my best German!) for soap to be told there was none. The receptionist did her best and eventually returned with the smallest tube of shower gel I had ever seen - see the attached picture! For a 3 star hotel, one expects at least a bed, sheets, towels and soap, especially for 65 GBP per night! Wifi = 5 Euros for 30 minutes, TV with multiple German and French channels, CNN in English. Breakfast was 9 Euros per day but I didn't take breakfast. I would recommend this hotel if you could find a cheaper deal than I did, and took your own soap! I have stayed in better 2 star hotels elsewhere and would not return to this hotel given the choice.

If you need to be close to the Cologne airport and want an inexpensive but comfortable place to stay for a night before or after getting your flight, this is an excellent choice. It is simple but comfortable, quiet and convenient, and just minutes from the airport in a charming little suburb, with two good restaurant choices just steps from the front door. We (an American couple and a German couple) were very pleased with the choice of a place to stay in order to get an early flight the next day.

We stayed in this hotel for just a night and we wanted a clean, comfort ,breakfast including room for reast near the airport. This was ideal for this purpose.
