I had some problems with the staff. I was charged for 48 hours of Internet access (yes, it's not free) despite the fact that I only asked for (and got) 24. The breakfast waiter didn't put out any more bread rolls for myself and another guest even though I saw that he had a very large bag full of them, and there was 40 minutes of breakfast remaining. Finally, the housekeeping lady simply unlocked my door, walked into my room and started cleaning - with me still inside!

perfect location right in the middle of the most lively night life district (but the hotel itself quiet enough) and within walking distance of the centre

a lot of nice restaurants around the hotel. Very close to public transports. in description payment is VIA, Master and ec-Card. In fact the hotel does not accept credit cards only cash and ec-Card!

-Eventhough it was a last minute booking at a busy time, the value for money of this hotel was more than poor. I have ended paying for a week's worth for only one night.

+friendly service and welcoming. -twin beds in a double room - this should be made clear that a double room has twin beds - and not a double

+The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and was very good. -The garage was not easy to get into and park, nor to get out of because of restricted space. However, the car was off the streets and very safe.

+Good location, next to several bars and restaurants. Tram and train stop very close. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it. -The smell from the kitchen reaches the first floor. But we asked to change the room.

+We loved the close proximity to everything. The night life is great, the people so friendly, what a loveley place. We will go again. -Unfortunately, the trains run through the night and on opening the window you could hear them as the track was just at the end of the road.

+the beds were very comfortable/ location near Koln South station is an advantage. -elevator was kind of small; toilet was dirty in places that can not be reached easily with an ordinary toilet brush: needs attention.
