Newly renovated.Expensive by US standards, but reasonable for European standards.“This is a nice hotel with a good restaurant. It is also located within a 15 minute walk of most of the city's good restaurants and attractions.”

An oasis of calm This is a very comfortable modern and quiet hotel set in a pleasant park. It is only a few minutes walk from the underground, from the shuttle to and from the airport and from a wide range of shops. The area around the park is rather drab, but it is only a twenty minute walk to the heart of Toulouse and the beautiful Canal du Midi and Canal de Brienne are just a few steps away. An oasis of calm in a city plagued by traffic.

+The restaurant was very good. The staff were excellent and spoke very good English. Offered us directions and a map for our onward journey -Public areas of the hotel were in much better "repair" than the rooms and corridors. Everything was clean - but "well worn" - could do with an upgrade on bed linen, carpets etc

Functional The hotel itself is devoid of personality (you would not know you were in France) and the cleanliness (esp. carpet in the room) left a bit to be desired, but the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us with a problem with our luggage. For this reason alone I would stay here again. Room was quiet, comfortable bed and nice pool.
