Kitchenettes are equipped with electric hot plates, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, cookware and dishes. Bathrooms have complimentary toiletries. Extra beds or infant's cribs are available on request. Guests can start the day with breakfast in their rooms or enjoy the hotel's continental breakfast (surcharge), relax with a coffee in the hotel lobby, or take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool. Multilingual staff on the front desk can provide tour information and tickets, and give advice on discounted entry to the nearby health spa, just 300 metres from the hotel. Guests with laptops can take advantage of wireless Internet access in public areas, and free parking is available for those arriving by car. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there are several dining options within the surrounding area including D'Lys and Les Agapes. Busy Rue Alsace Lorraine can be found seven kilometres from the hotel, whilst guests can visit Toulouse city centre eight kilometres away, or embark on space adventures at the Cité de l'Espace space theme park, nine kilometres away.
