+proximity to Place Capitole. -this is a "last resort" place to stay when all else is already booked. electrical outlets not affixed properly to the wall. not very clean. only six channels on the TV.

+The location close to Saint-Sernin. -The hotel was badly soundproofed, no real service.

+ very convinient, since it's in the city center - yes, the church bells ring each 15 mins during the day and each hour during the night. poor sonor isolation.

+ Central location - Minute rooms Very small, poor bathroom facilities Very noisy through the night

+ Friendly, clean hotel in a convenient central location. - Noisy early in the morning (reflects central location!) Room a bit cramped, but reflected in price.

-No heating, no WIFI in the room (only in the hall) and dirty bed!!!
