Very well situated in the centre of Toulouse. Simple facilities, by the look of things in the process of re-decoration. Not expensive.

+ I liked the staff / owners of the hotel, the kind of old-world atmosphere there and definetly the hotel's location. - I think the hotel could need some refurbishment and the carpet in the bathroom is also something I would change.

-I'm afraid this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Tatty, dingy, seriously over-priced and in desperate need of refurbishment. Until then it should close or review its pricing structure - Toulouse has much better to offer.
