It proposes to you: 99 studios and 25 apartments entirely renovated and especially designed to ensure you best comfort. All the studios and apartments are equipped with a space entirely cooks equipped (crockery and ustensils, plate vitroceramics, range hood, micro furnace waves, refrigerator...), of a bathroom with bath tub, of a telephone with hot and deprived line, of a television with chains by satellite, an individual heating and a cooling of air... All the household linen is provided (change of linen and free household once per week). The beds are made with your arrival. Service spares with the chart in supplement. Definitely a step up from what you'd expect for the price After having spent much time pay alot of money for minimal room in hotels in Paris and then paying not much less for only slightly better rooms in regional France, this place was a godsend. Finally a bathroom that i could actually move around in, a balcony with a view (of the canals) and best of all not only a fridge but also cooking facilities. Close to everything that you'd want to be close to in Toulose and a really good place to stay, i'll be back again.

Beds and Bedding provided for in room poor. Bed Matresses needed renewing, Not firm enough. Beb to small and kept forcing me to roll out of bed and on to floor. Shower stalls poor not large enough. Bathroom floor collects water during showers. In su

Decent, cheap place to stay within a 10 minute walk of the centre of town. Double room has only a pull out single bed to make enough sleeping space for two so rather unfriendly for a couple. Very basic but OK for a quick stay if you only want to sleep there.

Good value Good value - room would be cramped fro two but just finr for a short break. The kitchenette is a great idea plus you get a fridge to store food, wine beer etc. I would recommend you fold up the bed if you want more space, and if yuo can afford it get one of th4 bigger appartment/rooms.

The appartment is rather small. It was warm on the appartment and there was no air-conditioning. We had not so very much noise of the traffic and the location was very good (only 10 min walk from the centre of the city)

the only thing i have cause to complane is that there was only part time receptionists from 8am to 12am and then 3pm to 8pm. apart from that it was a very nice hotel.
