Excellent location, only 100m from the train and bus station AND extremely walkable to the city centre. Madame Forest is the best! She will give you her own walking tour route of the city which covers all the main sights to see. Highly recommended.

I have just returned from a bfief stay at the Hotel des Ambassadeurs in Toulouse. Let me just say,the hotel was fine.basic but you get what you pay for. However the owner/porter was the most horrible person i've ever come accross. on checking in he told us the area was dangerous and we could be killed, when we came in at 6 in the morning he shouted and roared at us and tried to make us pay for the room there and then even though we weren't checking out for 2 days. he had no manners and was obnoxious and rude and turned us uff the hotel.

This is a good hostel. I would definitely advise it to anyone. One of the reviews says the hostel was dirty and the area was unsafe. That was not my experience at all. The room was very clean and I felt perfectly confident walking around in the area.

Nice place to stay if your spending a couple of days in the city. Not the best location but just 10 minutes walk from the historic centre.

It was probably the best place I stayed while in Europe, the staff were very friendly, t was very clean, very close to the train station and central to town.

In two weeks of travel throughout Spain and France, this was the nicest hotel we stayed in. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were excellent, I highly recommend this place.
