I would not stay again for half the rate. There also was nothing near this hotel, not even a cafe for coffee or water.

+ cheaper and better than some of the same level hotels (3 stars, like ibis etc.). - We thought the hotel was in desperate need of repairing and updating, the carpets especially in our room were dirty and in need of replacing. The bathroom had dirty and cr

Hotel showing signs of age. Nice view of harbor but inconvenient to town. Good breakfast, though.

Adequate, but a bit faded We were not disappointed with our balcony room with view over Toulon. Hotel staff was courteous and efficient. It was good value for the price, but the hotel itself has seen better days and the common areas looked sadly neglected. Parking good which is rare in Europe.

+ Cheapness and location to Marseilles for the Rugby World Cup - Very basic rooms and a bit untidy but I expected that for the price

+ The hotel was great. clean and quiet - The only disadvantage was too far from the city center. It took at least 20 min walk. The hotel is on the hill, so it is really difficult to climb if you don't take the transportation.

I would not stay again for half the rate. The hotel lobby is nice but that was the best part of the hotel. The room was shabby needing updates and new furnishings/paint. Hotel staff was somewhat friendly but neglected to state that the restaurant would be closed over the holiday leaving us no choice but to walk 30 minutes or take a taxi at 10 euro each way to find meals. They also arbitrarily apply charges that we were forced to dispute at check-out. This is a no stay and live and learn experience. Traveler's tip There also was nothing near this hotel, not even a cafe for coffee or water.
