Good location, good service The hotel Windsor is a good choice for a reasonably priced hotel in Paris. I liked the location in the 10th, close to theaters and a pretty hip neighborhood. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. I like the fact they had the International Herald Tribue available in the lobby in the morning. Traveler's tip on local attractions The Arc de Triomphe de la Port Saint-Denis is in the neighborhood. Walk down to it following the Boulevard de Strasbourg downhill to the Boulevard St-Denis during the afternoon rush hour and relish the energy of the new immigrant paris.

Accommodations are well worn, but clean. Cigarette burns on the bedspread. Outdated decor & furnishings, peeling wallpaper. Industrial soap dispensers in shower & near sink. Relatively quiet because it is on a side street. Has air conditioning now. Abou

Cheap and Cheerful OK for what I wanted, a place to shower, shave and sleep. Breakfast was great. Location is good. Was fine as I was on my own for the weekend. I’m glad I didn’t take my wife there.
