The room was very darkly decorated and seemed quite sombre. A cheerful room would have been nicer. The reception staff were not friendly or helpful but housekeeping and the breakfast staff were excellent. Very good location.

+ Clean room, functional bathroom. Excellent location. - Room was tiny & bed was way too hard! But room size is just Paris - they're all small.

+ I like one of the staff. His name is Rehmann. - Yes! The manager was belligerent. The rooms tiny. The price fluctuated. airconditioning was off--despite unseasonably warm weather. The breakfast room dingy. The bathroom tiny.

Hotel nicely located on Rue des Ecoles. I only stayed for 2 nights to attend a conference, but found the hotel very amenable and comfortable
