A tranquil retreat in Paris. Walk from Gare du Nord, if you arrive by train, then go straight to General Lafayette for a drink. Our room across the garden was totally quiet, with a TV, phone, mini-bar etc. Very dated decoration, but that was charming rather than decrepit. Interesting use of mirrors.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was always helpful. The only prblem was luggage to and from room in small (1-man) lift. Otherwise fantastic and highly recommended.

I arrived at 2 o'clock in the night without any late time waringnm after only the online booking and they welcomed me without any problem. The hotel have the smallest elevator I have ever seen in my life, and the room had mirrors on every wall, a bit too much for me..

Nice people, good location (close to Montmartre and Opera) but as it is a rule in Paris, small rooms and expensive hotels

Beds are REALLY old- they sink in in the middle and feel like a burrito. The housekeepers barge in 3 times in the mornings to clean the rooms, so you'd better ask for a Ne Derange Pas sign to stick on the door. Other than that, the hotel is in a good area and the rooms are quiet. Average to Good in my book.

The room for a single bed was very small but, what it really matters was that the mattress was terrible! It really needs a new one.

Some old and needs a reform. Very well located to visit the principal places. Algo viejo y con necesidad de reforma. Muy bien situado para ver los principales lugares.
