The only problem I had as a guest was the shower....there was no curtain and only 1/2 a door so no matter how careful you were, the entire bathroom was soaked when you were done.

Great for the price... This was my third trip to Paris but the first time I stayed in a hotel. The Villa Eugenie is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and although I speak French, they were willing to converse in English as well. The rooms are really nice but small, not a problem if you just need somewhere nice to sleep at night. The bathroom was also nice and bright and very clean. The only problem we had was that the bed was really uncomfortable. I would not recommend it for someone who has back problems or hates hard beds. Also, the hotel is in the 17th which means it’s a bit out of the way. It was no problem for us as both my partner and I love to walk a lot and we live in Europe (we’re used to it). It might be too inconvenient for those who do not like so much walking, but luckily, it only takes about 8 minutes to walk to the Rome metro stop. Also, there are several, nice restaurants right there in the hotel’s vicinity -- no need to go far if you don’t feel like it for dinner. There is a great little Indian place close by and a nice French place just around the corner. I would stay there again if the prices were still good! Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Don’t get a cab to the airport... maybe it was because there was traffic but it cost me 70 euros to get there! I booked the Parishuttle service from the airport to the hotel and that was much better. It was 38 euros for two people.

Cute Paris Hotel in Beautiful Neighborhood This was our first hotel stay in Paris and it was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and talkative. The room was clean and decorated in fun vibrant colors. Shower/tub was best used as a tub. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to many many cafes and restaurants. It was a bit of a hike to the Metro stop but there are also bus options. Not too far from the Arc de Triomph and Champs Elysees which is definitely worth visiting.

This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. It will do as a max 3 star, also considering the price. The hotel is old and not very well looked after. It's located near a railway station and at a very busy traffic junction. Trains and traffic will keep you from

+ Room service et petit déjeuner - Yes, most of the staff service was poor. They didn't understand English and couldn't guide us properly with directions so we got lost many times following their poor directions. Except for one lady, on our last day, she

This is a great hotel for a short break, very clean, good facilities and good service although we passed on the 15 Euro each for breakfast as there are plenty of cafes' nearby. The only slight downside is the location which is a good 15 minute walk to a metro station, longer if you have cases and you want to go on public transport to and from the airport. Other than that buses run nearby into the city appx 5-10 minutes. All in all though recommended.

delightful decoration in the room, with a smooth erotic nuance,a small bonbonniére (maybe a little too small, but not unsuitable for a short stay). On the whole a very pleasant small hotel.
