Very good experience Hotel was extremely clean, front desk was helpful, though a bit irritating that you were required to leave your room key at the desk and had to pick it up each time you returned. On the whole, somewhat small rooms, but comfortable -- strong air conditioning, good service by maids, helpful front desk with passable english. A bit difficult if you are trying to access solely by public transportation with lots of luggage, but take the B train and then either a taxi or a 15-minute walk will do it. Probably a 10 minute walk to the Louvre, so excellent location. Overall I was very happy, especially for the price I paid.

un-of-the-mill B&B in splendid part of city. 1 ml E of Place de la Concorde, by busy intersection of narrow commercial streets. Cafes, restaurants and fashionable shops 200 yds. Bus stop 100 yds; Metro Bourse 350 yds.Simple and featureless. Functional reception with original tiled floor. Small ordinary lounge and breakfast room with large fireplace.

Good Location but not Moulin Rouge: We booked the moulin Rouge night show with Expedit and we would not recommend you. The reason: 1. The 9pm show we booked was changed to 11pm without clear explanation. 2. The bus city tour is almost waste of time. 3. The complimentary Boat tour on Seine they throw in was another example of wasting of time. 4. The seating: the last row of the theater. 5. The show was not impressing. old stage, no story, repeat dance,... It's absolutely not worth of the money.

Price of the hotel was reasonable concerning it's location. Metrostation was very close, about 200 m. Also the Chatellet-station was near, so you don't have to take another metro after airport-RER, you can walk to the hotel. Price of the room was 95 e/twin room, it was 5 euros more expensive than in Venere-pages. Room was surprisingly good concerning the low price. Decoration and furnitures was new in the room and there was a french balcony. Bed was also in good condition, it was like new. Breakfast wasn't included in roomprices, it was 8,5 euros/day. Breakfast was buffet but didn't include warm dishes like bacon or sausages but otherwise it was very good. I would recommend this hotel to my friends! Traveller from Finland.

For a true Paris experience (snotty people that don't care about you or the money you spent to get there) stay here.

Great Location Take your time when exploring the city. There is so much to see! Also, I found it best to eat at resturants/cafes away from this area- like around Notre Dame and the Effiel Tower. The service was more friendly, food tastier, and the menues were translated.

+ The staff were excellent as was the location. - An extra 10€ is a lot for breakfast. We opted to get our own.

Typical old style European hotel with good but squeze accommodation. Clean and personnel concern about customers need and service. I will use hotel again if I travel to Paris. Location very good and walking distance to Louver, Opera, Monometer and champ de Ellesey. Overall we were satisfied with service and reasonable room charges.
