Excellent Hotel with clean rooms, just a step to the metro station 4 which allows access to paris city in short time. Kind and competent personell and even the breakfast was ok for the price. This hotel should get a third star soon compared to other locations nearby. In room no. 705 you can see the Eiffeltower twinkling if you look in the window right side. Top address for the prices offered !!!!!

We have just returned from an 8-night stay at the Terminus Orleans. Great value for the price - i would even have paid more for it. We had a room on the 6th floor overlooking bvd Brune and the view was great from the balcony. The area is very busy and there are links to metro, bus and tram just outside the door. It feels safe even late at night. Many shops around - pharmacies, groceries, cafes, restaurants, even a creperie just outside the door. B'fast doesn't include much but for €5 you just can't expect more in Paris. The same b'fast costs €7.20 from the cafe round the corner. The room was quite small, but again this is standard in Paris. Otherwise the room was comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. Bathroom includes all necessities. It was good to be exactly next to a metro station, but the 20 minute (minimum) metro journey to the centre of Paris can be annoying especially if you want to make the most of every minute of your holiday. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel with very close proximity to the metro (right across the street), thus making it SIMPLE to find! The staff was very friendly, spoke english very well and was very helpful in general!

Very nice and frendly employees, near to metro station (less than 2 min), small room but clean and with nice view (room no. 702), across the way a boulangerie with delicious cakes...

Very nice little Hotel, and very kind and efficient concierge people. Small rooms and bathrooms but equipped with everything you need. All very clean. Excellent location a few steps from Metro Terminal of line 4. When we come back to Paris we shall certainly come back to this Hotel.

The hotel is very near to a metro station from where you can reach any point of the city since Paris is provided with a very good metro system. From the hotel to the main turistic atractions of the city it takes no more than 15 to 20 minutes. The staff of the hotel is really very kind and they really make the difference for speaking english. We were specially surprised because one of the employees also speaked with us in our own language (portuguese) and he was very helpful. Near the hotel there are many restaurants, a good supermarket and many snack bars with fast food, good at the end of a long day journey. The neighborhood is also good, with many residential buildings. The only problem is that there is a large avenue in front of the hotel with great movement and as there is not an air conditioner system in the rooms, in summer, if you need to sleep with windows opened, the room may be very noisy. But when closing the windows, the noise is significantly reduced. I would certainly return to this property in a next trip.

I didn't know what to expect - the price seemed too good to be true. Well I found the location excellent, subway and buses right there and so fast! It took 15 minutes by bus to Musee D'Orsey. The big plus however was the service. Patrice went out of his way to be helpful. The room wasn't as small as I had expected. Besides I visited Paris to see the city, not stay in the room. This is an excellent base to see Paris - an expensive city. Thank you!

This hotel is located next step of metro line#4. Unfortunately, the metro were strike one day before I arrive, so it took longer hours to reach hotelby the sharing van. Staffs are friendly and helpful (even they work long hours)and gave info during my 3 days 2 nights there.

Room was clean and functional. The beds were a little too firm, but acceptable for a short stay. The clerks were helpful and friendly. The hotel is a bit far out, so expect to at least take the Metro to go anywhere for sightseeing (Metro stop is within sight of the entrance, too). The price isn't bad though for Paris.
