+clean, and helpful staff -The hotel entrance was close during my stay, the car parking should be free but they charge 20 Euro per day

i had a free day-pass for metro transport in my package, but did not receive it even I asked 2 times on the reception.

A good hotel, but this is not Paris. The hotel itself posebe good. Amenities simply magnificent bed, a different bathroom. The main disadvantage of a hotel - is that there is not that you are in Paris.

Top of the Trees The hotel has a cardboard shoe hanging in the closet - which contains running maps and distances.

The best night's sleep I've had in a hotel in the last six months. Great location if you have meetings in La Defense.

Good hotel but not in the tourism area Good hotel. New, clean, the condition is very good. It is close to the Metro and RER, however, it takes some time for me to find it. The service is good. Staff is helpful.

Good Business Hotel This Sofitel is a chic and very comfortable addition to the chain. Whilst it is quite a feat to find this hotel by car (taxi drivers seemingly had no clue where it was), the access to the metro could not be simpler. Clearly you could stay nearer the hub of things in a lesser hotel for the same price, but if you want some comfort and don't think 15 mins on the metro is a big deal (it isn't) then stay here in some style.

+the location -the internet not free like other 4-star hotels in paris

staff friendly staff is terrible: 1. unable to find my reservation 2. wrong pricing both at check-in and check-out 3. car valet unable to start car (!) And I am not even talking bout the fire alarm going off at 3.30 am leaving us outside the hotel for 1 hour. Turned out to be a short-curcuit in the air cond. system.
