Sofitel Arc De Triomphe Paris

Excellent hotel The Hotel is well sited, giving easy access to local cafes, restauraunts the Arc and other sites of interest from the Metro, which is very close by. Staff were helpful and polite at check-in, during stay and on check out. The room was spacious, well furnished and very comfortable.

We found the Jr Suite at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe to be a wonderful solution for our family of four during our March 2004 vacation. It was very difficult to find a hotel that would accept 4 in a room and this was a perfect solution for us. We did not want our children in a separate room due to their ages, and many hotels in Paris do not have connecting rooms and only allow 3 in a room. The location of this hotel was perfect for our holiday, just two short blocks from the Champs Elysee and the Arc de Triomphe and available to many restaurants and shops. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and the room was wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel to any family/individual planning a trip to Paris.

Nice bathroom, separate toilet, toiletries were plentiful and good, a bottle of Hermes perfume, plush bathrobes and towels, terry slippers, a/c worked. Cod player did not work, twin beds slipped all over the rug easily. Overall, a very nice hotel.

Excellent trip thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!! The hotel is in such an ideal location that you can walk to most of the tourist sites in Paris. We walked from the hotel to the eiffel tower, la madeline, the opera house, the louvre and notre dam to name a few.

Great Stay, One Exception My girlfriend and I recently had a week-long stay at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a brief walk from the heart of the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. The room was very spacious, especially given Paris standards, and also was extremely comfortable. The front desk and concierge were extremely helpful with any needs presented (taxis, restaurant reservations, etc.). Room service also was a plus, providing prompt service each time. The one drawback to our stay was the housekeeping service. While rooms were cleaned every day, the quality was subpar. The room was never cleaned properly and bathroom supplies were slow to be refilled, if ever. All in all, our stay was a very pleasant one with just the one complaint.

Would definately stay again next time we visit Paris Plan your trip with what you most would like to visit first.Taxi's reasonably priced.Metro fairly easy to use.Be prepared to do some walking as lots of shops on route.If eating out in the evening pre-book from hotel concierge.

Great location. Great rooms with even better bathrooms. Highly recommended. Concierge service is very helpful.
