Small rooms, but clean, quiet, and absolutely fantastic location, views of the top of the Eiffel Tower out of the window, Metro station barely a few steps away, plenty of cafes and shops around. Possibly the tiniest lift in Paris is an added attraction -- but the good side is that it forces one to take the stairs instead -- guaranteed aerobic exercise to prepare you for all the sightseeing later on!

Excellent location but little else. Room too small and not very clean, breakfast below average, credit card not accepted due to technical problem (and not willing to wait). Steep and narrow stairs to reach the lift, very inconvenient when carrying a suitcase.

this hotel was great for what we needed it for. Just for sleep. It was right on the Metro 8 line and with a vistor's traveling pass for two days. It really came in handy. We didn't have a phone in our room. but other than that it was pretty good price for what we got. Breakfast was 7.50 euro but we never ate it. We just grabbed a crossiant and coffee at a cafe somewhere.

Can't check in until noon, but that is most places. I thought the location was great. Friendly. Anyone that wants to stay near the eiffel tower, this is the place. It has a grocery store next to it, and a cafe 2 doors down. It is also right in front of the metro!!!

Staff very professional and polite, very welcoming. Rooms are clean and ok for the prices. You can even have the view of the Eiffel Tower from the windows of the rooms on the right, as of the 5th floor. The only problem is when you have noisy neighbors in the rooms next to yours: the walls do not keep you from hearing all the talk and "other noises" made by them... The location is very good: the subway station is right outside the hotel door. It is a straight line to Opera where you can take the Roissy or Orly bus to the airports. The elevator is very tiny, but never mind, it fits you and your luggage. Did not try their breakfast. There is a food market right next door and a fridge in the room for your O.J., Yogurt, etc. I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel was acceptable considering its excellent location. Rooms are very small, but quite ok. Our worst experience was with the staff at the front desk. He was lazy and purposedly tried to make our lives harder. On a Sunday he said there were no grocery stores open, luckily there was somebody in the hotel who knew otherwise, and there was a store open about a block away. He also did not let us use the kitchen's microwave to warm our daughter's milk, even though another guy did. Horrible service. If you just want to sleep here and not require any single help, then it's ok. Otherwise, avoid it.

For me and my wife everything was ok, but we were with another couple with a baby and for them the experience was not so good. Guys in the reception refused to warm up milk for the baby in the microwave.... And sugested us to look for a city café and ask... Unbeliveable!!! Anyway, location is good, price is fair, there is a small supermarket just beside the hotel to buy the breakfeast and metro station is right in front... Just avoid if you are with young children...

Pros and cons: -Pros: staff were nice and location very good. -Cons: Problems with hot water, my double room was not announced as double in hotel's reception chart, imposible stairs!
