+ The location. It was clean and the staff friendly and helpful - It was poorly decorated and out of fashion.

Location, location, location. Easy access to metro, and Champs d'Elysees is a great social spot. Hotel is clean and staff accomodating(for Parisians). Would recommend to others.

Thank you very much for let us express our feeling towards this hotel The location is quite near to the Champ elisee main road, but it's quite small room and the lift machine does absolutely fit only one person per time, this is my first hotel in Paris, The first day we arrived, after checking in, the room couldn't b opened, even later the operator came to open the door with himself and his key was stuck to the door, had to call technician Breakfast is out of what you could expect, cold bakery and few choice and small breakfast room I asked them for 2 days, to wake me up at 7.00am, the first day they didn't and just infomed they forgot, the secound day they didn't wake us also, then we checked it's bcos of the out of order - telephone in our room ,it seems they never check anything, this is not complain but suggestion Btw,one thing that could make me forgive their service was that a young -cute french guy who wearing eyeglasses servicing at the counter.

The hotel is an ideal location to explore Paris, just 5 minutes walk to Champs-Elysées and the metro station. The hotel staff is friendly and the concierge team is excellent, plus the hotel staff speaks English. There is free access to internet on the laptop found in the lobby. The room is small, nicely furbished but clean and with bright bathroom; the bed is just too soft for my back. The continental hotel breakfast is disappointing to a 4 stars hotel. Overall, I do recommend this hotel for its great location, nice and clean room, and the great staff there."

The most helpful concierge we've met in many years! Can walk most anywhere, with easy access to Metro, Champs and shopping.

The hotel was perfectly placed near the Champs Elysee. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and metro just around the corner. The halls smelled like an old persons home. The beds were too short and the comforters just didnt feel clean :(

It was a one night business trip. At a first glance it looks old and dirty, but once you look in detail, you can see that the room and the bath room is really clean and well-cared. You are welcome by the front-desk personnel even at nigth time. Quality-Price relation is low but if you consider the prices of the hotels on the "Champs Elysees", room prices are reasonable for a short stay.
