+ Lovely area, wonderful patisserie over the road, friendly staff who provided chilled champagne for my birthday (organised and paid for in advance by my partner) lovely modern shower room. - Room in need of a bit of decorating

+ It's location was fairly easy to get to and from key points in the city. - The staff was less than accomadating, and at one point even lied to us about a taxi situation.

+ The front desk responsable was very kind and friendly - the hotel did not have stairs and i had to stay in the third floor with 3 heavy baggage
