The reception has been good, receptionist is friendly ... BUT if you have a little more money ... 1) the refrigerator in the room is full of hairs, Amazing!!! 2) The ladder is the type shell and very close. Lift hard fall luggage (Very small) and the cleaning lady makes cleaning products on ladder, There are better places for a little more money,but if you want to save and only vás to sleep ... we had an excellent stay in the hotel, nice room, close to the subway, lots of shops around and quiet at night despite the busy road. A true recommandation.

I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. When we arrived we found a dirty room: the sheets were torn and with some red spots (maybe blood!?), cobwebs on the walls, and spots on the wc... We changed room after our request. For three days we had NO warm water, and the towels have never been changed. Employer at the reception is very unfriendly. I strongly suggest to go to another hotel!

The location was great. Nevertheless the cleanliness of the rooms was totally unexistant. There were bedbugs, and when we told the host about it, he refused to help, instead looked at us with certain disgust. If we did not liberate the room before 2 p.m. the cleaners only threw clean towels into the room and did not clean later. We found a forgotten cap underneath one bed, and the carpets were stained. Overall very dirty.

location was excellent, just off the main part of town, and easily accssible by either train or bus.

+ It was in the good location near the metro, since I have been in paris for the first time it was easy to find the hotel and it was a great plus for me.

it needs to be taken of the map for good,if not make sure you do not use the shower without a plastic bag on your feet and do not use the washroom at all, and you need to bring your bedding set.

+ In a nice section of town, not too far from the underground station. - Could have used A/C for a couple of nights, but other then that, the place was wonderful.
