Radisson Sas Hotel Charles De Gaulle Airport

Reception staff was not helpful. Our reservation stated 3 people, they claimed it was only for two and charged us extra. Then they sent a roll-away with no sheets and said they only showed two in the room when we call for sheets.

Another "PERFECT" stay. The personel is amazing, courteous and so helpful. They even provide you with an ethernet cable for a free Internet connection in the bedroom!!! Great gym, superb swimming pool and an icredibly delicious real hot buffet breakfast!!! I wish I could stay longer!!!

Very clean. Beds are firm and confortable. very clean and the limo. service to and from air port was good. The only food is available through room service or take the lemo back to the air port to eat,E

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle made it easy to get back and forth from hotel to CDG to catch the metro. Room service was always quick, and the AC made the hot nights bearable. I was very happy."

Radisson was great about helping us out with information concerning getting to their location. We flew into Orly airport and then had to find a way to CDG side of town. After hearing scary amounts for the ride across town, the Radisson told us how to make the trip cheaper and easier. The shuttle service back and forth airport/hotel in order to catch the train into Paris really worked well. The shuttle in for our flight worked really well too. Our night shuttle drivers weren't quite as friendly and helpful as the daytime men but it was later at night. Thanks for your help for us in a foreign country.

The hotel was not helpful They said they did not know there were two children 15 and 16 that was all clear in my information we were unconfortable so we moved to another hotel the children forgot their coats in the closet I called back and they said ...

Service is quite average, however service is average to poor pretty much everywhere in France. Once you can get past that, this hotel has great value.

Very nice rooms, great restaurant. Shuttle service from CDG2 was a big plus. Since it's near the airport it's far from Paris, but the little town (Mesnil Amelot) is in walking distance. Try L'Auberge Pomme d'Or for a fine meal.

The hotel itself has nice rooms and is pleasant to stay in. However, it is a ten minute drive from the airport and it took them a long time to give me correct instructions to the hotel shuttle. I was not happy to be kept waiting for 1 1/2 hours at...
