good hotel overall a very good hotel, only minor downside is access to the hotel from metro station have to go up a lot of steps. (part of escalator not working when we went) will be extremely difficult for a disabled person. Most comfortable hotel beds we have slept in. Would definitely consider going again.

Classy choice, perhaps better suited to business people owing to location.4 mls NW of Place de la Concorde, on edge of vast concrete high-rise development of La Defense. Restaurants and bars 100 yds. Shops 500 yds. Metro La Defense Grand Arche 500 yds. Bus stop 500 yds.Modern and elegant. Gleaming spacious reception lobby with smart seating areas. TV room. Cosy intimate bar. Upmarket fine-dining restaurant.

Try for the early bird prices... The hotel was great no doubt. Amazing location, Very helpful staff, very well spoken especially in English. Everything is close by like the champs elysees,Grand Arche is right next door. Definitely a great choice for your break. Internet costs 5 euros per hour. Thats where i spent most of my money.

The Hotel offers better accommodation than the La Defense Hilton (opposite)and is worth to stay at if you get a good deal. Normal room prices are excessive. Breakfast is ok but far to expensive (27 Euros) for what you get.

very comfortable great location for metro use and getting to all locations in the city. beds are super comfortable and rooms had fridge with bar,room service great. could use coffee pot in room. people friendly. nice mall etc in walking distance. would recommend as safe and enjoyable place to stay in paris. Traveler's tip for business travelers great for business travelers. some restaurants and great shoopping mall.

Great experience This hotel is an excellent choice. Next to the defense metro station is a somewhat away from the busy areas but very accessible. Located on a quiet street, helps make it a nice place to rest after a lot of walking around during the day. The only problem is that after the metro closed at around 2 am, it was kind of difficult for some of the taxi drivers to figure out how to make it to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and having a 24 hours room service really helps a lot. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Texas First timers The hotel was great, service no problem. There is a mall walking distance, other cafes, restaurants nearby. Keep in mind this hotel is out skirts of Paris; train or bus to get into Paris. Taxie very expensive. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay 10 Day trip; if you are staying this many days buy a weekly bus/train pass. Stairs everywhere and plan to wear comfortable shoes for walking. We shop at the Moneplex store for groceries which cut down on dinning expenses.

Nice hotel in new developed area of Paris It's nice and clean, convenient and great transport to center of Paris. A bit far from Gare du Nord station if you travel by Eurostar.

Very Impressive Very nice, comfortable rooms (stayed in queen-sized and a suite). Great bathrooms. Awesome view of La Defense. Great service from staff and concierge. Like in all hotels, room service and amenities (internet, etc) a little too pricey. Close to Metro and taxi stands at Hilton. Would stay again.
