+ The staff were very helpful. We had a room with a balcony and were able to sit out late at night - in November! We were within walking distance of several of the places we wanted to visit.

I stayed here for 6 nights right after Christmas and up through the New Year. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. I had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony and used it - even in the winter! The breakfast was substantial and well worth the price. Although the elevator was a bit small and could hold only about 3 people at one time, it was very helpful in getting my luggage up to the 5th floor. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a friendly and safe environment and value for the money.

I stayed for 5 days & the hotel met my standards as a whole. It was a bit noisy some nights as I could hear people drying their hair in other rooms. Yet it was comfortable enough & I appreciated the breakfast although it was an extra 6.50€.

This is a great value for money hotel! The rooms are very clean and quiet. Staff is really friendly. The surroundigs are very good, the hotel is close to place de la republique (5 lines). Highly recommended. We decided to have breakfast in the hotel (6,50€), I think it's a good price if compared with the cost of breakfast in the cafè nearby.

Excellent small hotel - Breakfast was good, Room was very clean, tidy, Freshly Decorated and staff were friendly efficient and courteous. Well recommended and very close to Metros etc. Seine is around 40 mins walk (5 mins by Metro)
