The location of the hotel is the best possible and the single room price of 95 euros is quite moderate even if the room standard is not very high. In my bathroom the shelf above the washbasin had been demolished and no restoration had been done. This, together with the poor tables in the breakfastroom, gave a bad impression. But the staff was nice and helpful.

An authentic charming Parisian hotel. I’ve appreciate staying in it very much. There is such a nice brasserie in front of it - “Bread & Roses”. And Jardin de Luxembourg is just around the corner.

This hotel was better (beautiful old building, in a good condition) than many other hotels in this price range in the centre of Paris. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the stay was enjoyable!

Although the rooms were small, the hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful (in fact we found most Parisians a lot more pleasant than their reputation). The location near the Luxembourg Gardens was excellent and the area had a real Parisian feel.

Hotel Perreyve is in an excellent location on the left bank, one block from Luxembourg Gardens, and close to subway. Our disappointment was with the first floor storefront room we were given. Its location at street level required the large windows, that did not open, be covered at all times with drapes making for dark quarters and no view to the outdoors. Carpets and appointments needed cleaning.

The staff here is extremely nice and friendly. The hotel is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Not much street life either day or night, but Luxembourg Gardens are just down the steet, also its walking distance to St. Germain, Latin Quarter and shopping Blvds, Bon Marche stores, Metro stops, etc. The room we stayed in was a bit worn, but was immaculately kept and supplied with fresh towels and sheets each day. Tons of heat and hot water. The cafe au lait at breakfast is very good.

Very little hotel. The bed was nos a double bed but two single beds. The walls are paper coated and not exactly clean. Had small balcony, tv. The bathtub had no shower curtain, so you can get the bathroom a little wet.
