As another note, our airport shuttle had extreme difficulty locating this hotel on both ends of our trip. Our taxi drivers, however, did not have difficulty.

Beautiful area to stay in! Book your taxi back to the airport through the hotel, it was quick, reliable and cost only 2 euro's each more than getting the coach from the Arc De Triomphe (which also means no dragging luggage about or stressing about which road the coach stops at!!)

Tough to find, but worth it Use the metro and walk. There's nothing like Paris when you are on foot. Check out the new bike rental kiosks, too. Travel like a real Parisian. Don't miss the Pere Lachaise Cemetery; it's absolutely fascinating. It's free to visit and only 2 euros for a map of the locations of the famous residents. If you pick up a cab at the stands by the metro stations, it's much cheaper (you'll save around 5-6 euros) than having one come to your hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this charming Parisian Hotel. The service was excellent and all requests I made were met with a smile. The breakfast was simple but very tasty, the coffee excellent. A mini bar in our room quenched out thirst at any time. The neighborhood was so Parisian with a fresh fruit, vegetable, and other food stands just down the street and a Monprix. Parc Monceau was walking distance from the hotel and was beautiful and can't be missed. The metro is close by, making it a convenient place to stay. I highly recomend this hotel.

+ our room at the hotel was very small for a couple & an infant; they moved us to an apartment in another hotel of the same chain. the apt was spacious. the hotel staff were very helpful
