Very nice small hotel with competent employees, welcoming atmosphere, in a quiet district yet close to metro and center of Paris. I highly recommend it to any economic-minded traveller. By the way, nobody stays inside a hotel in this charming city. You actually need only a bed and a bathroom. Hotel's two desktops with 24hr internet access is also very helpful. Hope to return again to this hotel soon.

We were disappointed with the hotel room (No. 105 street side room). It was dirty, mouldy, dusty and had a bad smell. The furniture was on the verge of falling apart. One can identify the room more to a cheap university dormitary than a hotel. The bathroom had mould and only enough hot water for one person. The price €60 was a distortion for such a disgrace. The street is very loud (drunks at night, traffic in the morning). Bring ear plugs. Direction from Metro to hotel on this website was too vague.

The 2 nights I spent there were just the way I needed. The receptionists (all of them) speaks very good English, they were friendly and nice. The room was clean and tidy, a bit small, but only for sleeping there (who would want more?) was perfect. The metro, food stores, bakeries are very close to get and reach everything. I would recommend them for longer stay also.

Yes, this is recommended. If you want something out of the city centre and away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. The area has a feel of "realness" about it. More residents than tourists. The hotel staff were friendly and kind - especially when I returned at 11 o'clock at night sopping wet from a rain storm that I had no protection from! The older gentleman who was on duty when I checked out was delightfully flirty! Just what you'd expect from the French. Don't often have my hand kissed - would return just for that little touch of elegance. The room was functional, clean and easily accessible - all I needed for one night. I wish it had been more and when I return to Paris I won't hesitate to stay here.

+ It was close to the metro and the hotel staff were friendly - our double room was 2 single beds pushed together. the room was filthy!!! The sink leaked. we felt very unclean and uncomfertable staying there so we had to move after 2 nights

The receptionist made us very welcome and spent time to explain the best way around the city's transport systems, providing us with clearly printed directions in english to the Stade de France. The hotel is clean, well priced and good for short stays. The rooms are relatively small but functional, although a little dated. For €60 night for a twin room - it suited us well! I have stayed in Paris before at more central and better equipped 2* hotels, but not for this low price.
