Very impressed with the comfort of the beds and cleanliness We were in Paris for 3 nights at the end of December. Very comfortable room to stay in. The bed was great. Many fluffy pillows and beautiful sheets. The breakfast was amazing! The Location is great because you are not in the middle of a touristy area, yet you are a block away from two subway stations. Very easy access to the rest of Paris. Another nice extra touch is that they provide an electric tea kettle in the room for coffee and tea. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Friendly staff easy to check in and out.

Great place, will recommend it & stay there again! Deserves its 4 Stars: the service is impeccable & staff very attentive. We choose this hotel as it had a private safe parking (extra cost) & very safe it was. The room was very comfortable & bathroom spotless... the room maybe a bit on the small side but that's Paris for you. Breakfast had extensive choices from hot to cold dishes, cereals & the usual french patisseries. With the Metro 100m max down the road, you can explore Paris very easily! Certainly a place for us to come back to!

We have just returned form our weeks stay in the Marriott Rive Gauche, The Hotel itself was very nice and looks exactly as it does in the pictures! We were a little annoyed that although we had requested a non smoking room they only had a smoking room available! after paying around £100 a night you would expect to get what you have asked for! I found that the staff were not very helpful and did not really have an idea on good customer service! The Room itself was very nice and the beds are by far the comfiest i have ever slept in! The first three nights we enjoyed a very peaceful nights sleep! but on the third night the noise from the air conditioning fan became unbearable and we were unable to sleep! we complained about this several times and so did others from our floor. The staff kept fobbing us off and telling us that it was being repaired! it was never repaired and my partner ended up having to tape up the vent in order for us to get some sleep before New years Eve! The Bar staff at the very expensive bar were very rude even after tipping them they continued to look at us like dirt! I expected a very high level of service after paying 18 euro's for two drinks and tipping two euro's! I was appalled!

The VIP room and services. The hair dryer was not operative when we arrived.“Excellent! Completely worthy. Nearby to a Metro station. I would add more electric converters for worldwide travelers and a more expeditious solution to small difficulties...
