We enjoyed our stay at Parc. Italian lady at the reception was really friendly and made us feel welcomed. New towels daily. Within walking distance to metro and tram. Main setback was the shower area was simply too small!

Very welcoming, easy to find, nice room. Right next to the busterminus. Very noisy in the streets at night, but we would like to stay there again.

This was a quick overnight stay on our return through Paris. Great, quiet spot with good restaurants, very close to the metro, and very friendly and helpful staff. There's a nice park down the street where real Parisians seem to go, rather than where all the tourists seem to be flocking to. Recommended!

Great Value. Only 2 small negatives, Breakfast was extra and over priced but that is Paris, and no English language TV. Over all a great place to stay.

The hotel staff were friendly. The proprietor in particular loved Paris and was very happy to help plan a visit. It was annoying that the lobby was the only place with internet access. Plus it was annoying that you had to pay 2 euro per day. Larger pillows would have been nice, but I guess maybe the "pillow log" might be a european thing. The hotel is at the end of the line in an area that doesn't have a lot to see or do. I ended up having to take 30 minute metro rides to get anywhere interesting (e.g. the Louvre). Prices were high, but then I'm an American so everything was expensive...

The breakfast was rather limited. There is no fire-exit.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Parc. With metro and bus stations just around the corner it was very convenient for getting around and a perfect base for a stay in Paris.

I liked very much this hotel, the reception lady is very nice, the rooms are spacious and clean but a little bit noisy in the morning, there was no air conditioning, so I don't know if it gets too hot in the summer. The relationship quality/price is very good, and it's very, very near the metro. if you don't wanna have breakfast in the hotel, there are 3 or 4 bistrots and cafes in the area, very nice also.
