Modern, clean hotel located centrally in Paris just off the Rue Lafayette. We had a second floor room. There was enough light because the window is large but it looks out onto a narrow, quiet street which and the light is obscured to some extent by the appartments opposite. Bathroom small but adequate. Friendly reception staff, Excellent breakfast fruit juices, cereals, yoghurts, cold meats, cheese, French bread and croissants and the usual beverages. Sometimes hot food also, though the choice is restricted. in a small and Added bonus of breakfast being included in price of the room and served in very congenial breakfast room.

Good location close to Opera Garnier, with a friendly staff and spacious bathrooms. However, the rooms themselves are a bit small and the hotel is not as clean as would be expected of a Parisian 3-star.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We found the front desk staff (except for the manager, who was extremely helpful and pleasant) not very pleasant. Be sure to speak a little French if you stay here.

The hotel was OK, just OK. Some of the staff members were very friendly, and others need some customer service training. Upon arrival to my room, there was a burnt out light bulb and the room phone did not work. Also, there were many stains on the hallway carpet. The maids were extremely noisy beginning about 8:00 a.m. Also, sounds traveled freely between rooms. I've stayed at many hotels in Paris, but will not return to the Libertel Franklin.

The hotel inside needs a painting. It is a little dirty. The room we stayed was very small.

The room was quite small, with just enough space for the double bed, the television, and a small closet without a light that was when you opened the door to the room. I suppose this is to be expected in Paris, but we did have other issues. On check in we
