Very comfortable hotel. Overall superb service, delicious and healthy food served in the hotel restaurant with a wide selection at reasonable prices. When the restaurant was slower on one occasion in serving dessert, it provided the dessert free of charge although we had not complained about the speed of service. Very popular with families but very quiet as rooms are well insulated.

Will stay there again if I go back to Paris again. Shop around when buying food and other things. Drink prices are sky high compared to England, but if you find a small little supermarket like we did it would benefit you. Hide valuable things when leaving the hotel. When go onto trains on the weekend buy children day pass, would be used everywhere all day long (which people under 26 could buy too) it is ONLY 3.60 euro's, which is the same price as one return ticket

Excellent location near Gare du Lyon. Very good breakfast buffet. Quick room service. Small rooms, difficulties with baby pram. Small, plastic bathroom and toilet like the cheaper accor hotels.

Great location, right across the street from Gare de Lyon--really useful if you need to catch an early morning train. Nice breakfast (~12 euros). Rooms small, modern decor.

Great, except for restaurant service Don't dine in the hotel restaurant unless you want to be made to look like it's your fault that they brought the kids food in the wrong order or that what you ordered is now off.

To get a decent hotel in Paris at a decent price I would strongly recommend the Novotel Gare de Lyon (we (2 adults 1 child) stayed there for 1 3 nights). If the continental breakfast would cost a little less, we would have taken it.

- Adagio City Aparthotel Buttes Chaumont
- B&B Roquette
