The Hotel Moris Grands Boulevards is a wonderfully elegant establishment located in the heart of Paris, specifically in the 10th district (or arrondissement) and a mere 5 minutes from the Place de la République and/or the popular Strasbourg Saint Denis neighbourhood. The Canal Saint Martin, which flows North through the city, is also closeby as are the big shopping areas and major stores located on the Grands Boulevards. Train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are also only 5 minutes away. The hotel boasts a total of 45 rooms, cosy and sharply decorated and well equipped whether they be single, double, twin or triple. All include a private bathroom with a hair-dryer, a telephone, cable television, wifi internet connection, ventilator and central heating.The personnel at the reception desk is known for being attentive and service-oriented not to mention the fact that they are on duty 24 hours a day. As for their language skills, they speak French, English and Spanish. The building itself has an elevator, a café/brasserie area for those guests who wish to have breakfast, a safe for valuables, wifi internet connection in all common areas, a TV room and a storage area for luggage. For an additional 22€ per day, private parking is available or, 20 metres away guests may opt for public parking. Pets are not allowed. Choose quality, here at the very centre of the City of Lights.

Good hotel. Small rooms but great location and easy transport links from Republic. Ideal exploration point for city. Food and bars within walking distance but quiet location.

Friendly staff and convenient location within walking distance of the metro stations "République" or "Strasbourg St. Denis". Room was pretty small even I had booked a double just for myself. Nice wooden floor in the sleeping room and new and clean bathroom. Location was rather quiet but the noise insulation between the rooms is poor.

We stayed for 3 nights. The Location of the hotel is good (2 metro stations in close proximity: republique, st. denis strasbourg) and les Marais is in walking distance for nice cafes and restaurants. The room was nice and clean. It was small but this doesn't matter for a short stay in Paris during which the room is only used to sleep over night. The noise insulation was not so good. Overall the hotel met our needs and the price/performance ratio was good. The average price per night for 2 persons was 120 eur. Which was the price submitted in the reservation. For each night there was a surcharge of 2 eur for the city-tax ("taxe de séjour").

The location of the hotel is good and convenient. The staff except for the day time receptionist, was very unfriendly. We got over charge at the end of our stay. Very disappointed.
