This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Paris. I love the staff and the rooms are small, but very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is fabulous with cafes and markets. I highly recommend The Montalembert.

This boutique hotel is in the excellent area of St. germaine, Paris. If you want the geniune, local, upscale Parisian experience, I would definitely stay here. This hotel is in an amazing area, with the absolute best food in all of Paris (Joel Roubouchon is directly next door and the concierge can get you a reservation). Small rooms, typical of Paris, but chic , modern decor.

+ It was fine, just what we wanted. - the lift is too small, but I appreciate the diffficulties of placing a new lift into a protected structure

We stayed here several years ago and it was the perfect Parisian vacation. The hotel is small, and is an amazing blend of trendy style and old Paris. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast divine and we were thrilled to go back there each night....
