Wonderful Hotel............. The Hotel is very close to the Metro. The Metro is the best way to get around town and it's very easy to leave. Paris was a blast....Can't wait to go back.

Not what it’s cracked up to be Most of the advertised amenities were not availiable. There were many extra fees associated with everything. Staff knows no english. No airport transportation or arrangments possible.

Pleasantly surprised This hotel was great for a last minute get away for us. We were off to a rough start getting off of the metro and trying to find our way to the hotel. Somehow we missed the information about the shuttle service and we walked and walked trying to find the hotel. I called prior to booking and was told that it was a 5 minute walk to the metro station. It was easily a 10 minute walk at a brisk pace. Taxi cabs refused to take us...they wanted fares further away and they didn’t seem to like the fact that we spoke English. Once we FINALLY made it to the hotel, it took forever to check in. This was not a pleasant experience either. HOWEVER, once we actually got into our room, we had no complaints at all. It was clean, very modern, and comfortable. There was always an English speaking person on duty as well. This was very helpful. Location: this hotel is not in the heart of Paris (nor does it claim to be. Just a tip for those who aren’t sure what location they are looking at). It took us an average of 30 minutes walking/metro time to get to the center of Paris. Traveler's tip As I mentioned above, the taxis will not take you to the metro station. So plan on walking to and from if you miss the shuttle. We had a very early flight and had to leave before the shuttle started running. So we were walking down the street at 5am with our luggage. One other note about the shuttle...it was not always at the metro to pick us up as scheduled. We had to walk several times.

few improvements and it would be very good Over all good, but a hotel should at least have some laundry service, which wasnt there, plus there wasnt any kind of an overnight services. i think if they work in those aspects it would be much better
